Mri scan shows disc dessication in l4-5 with small anterior osteophytes and right disc bulge in l4-5 producing extradural compression over thecal sac with minimal right neural foramina compromise pls tell me is anything serious tell me I am 26 will go to the Dr. tomorrow but just wanted to knw can I continue workout or not? What exact problem is there ols brief.
