Hello doctor I am diagnosed with pcod in the month of april. My weight was 75 kgs then. Now with the help of exercise and diet I have lost almost 16 kgs. But my periods are still absent. I had my last period about 2 years ago. Ive taken homeopathy medicines for about 6 months but it was a failure my gynaecologist has prescribed me primolut n tablet. And today i've got my periods in the morning. So, what to do now to get my periods naturally? Because I don't want to be dependent on synthetic hormonal drugs. Kindly help me.
