Hello doctor I am diagnosed with pcod in the month of april. My weight was 75 kgs then. Now with the help of exercise and diet I have lost almost 16 kgs. But my periods are still absent. I had my last period about 2 years ago. Ive taken homeopathy medicines for about 6 months but it was a failure my gynaecologist has prescribed me primolut n tablet. And today i've got my periods in the morning. So, what to do now to get my periods naturally? Because I don't want to be dependent on synthetic hormonal drugs. Kindly help me.

Hello dear if you are facing the problem of hormonal imbalance. You will be requiring hormones. There is no other substitute for it. There is no problem in using hormones for a shorter duration.
