I can pass stools only after an hour or so after breakfast. Sometimes after two hours. So when do I do yoga or exercise? Is it ok to not empty the bowels? Constipation is a regular problem.

Paschimottanasan, tadasan, tiyakatadasan. It will help you in constipation. Don't take fastfood, oily and spicy food. Take fibrous diet.
