I am 29 married. Before 20 days I had a cystoscopy bladder neck tumor operation. My prostate became enlarged 49x37 mm. I have a high bp. As Dr. Told me for protected sex. I did 3 times bt there is no semen ejaculated & I can reach the climax bt b4 tht I was able to ejaculate. Now only I am taking losartan ptsum 50 mg' is this a retrograde ejaculation? If it is how it'll be cured? And from where I got this problem? I want to be a father. please help me.

Certain surgical procedures involving prostate and bladder neck can cause ejaculatory disturbances. The most common outcome is retrograde ejaculation, wherein the semen is diverted into the urinary bladder. This can be diagnosed by testing the first sample of urine that comes out after the intercourse and orgasm. The urine should show spermatozoa (if you previously had good count). If this were your case, the infertility specialists employ different methods to retrieve healthy sample of spermatozoa from the post orgasmic urine. They may also advise you to drink alkylating drinks before intercourse so that the spermatozoa do not die inside the bladder.
