Dear ma'am/sir, I am of age 26, I have never had sex till now. My question is, now a days I cannot concentrate on any work and feeling frustrated. Is it so, that we must have sex according to our age and becoz of that I am not able to concentrate at anything. Sometimes I am getting nightfall also, pls advise what to do in that case. It is not necessary to have sex. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water daily. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Take milk and milk products daily. Follow this and be happy.
