I am 62 years. I have problem of lumber & cervical spondylosis. Recently I have done mri and the opinion is: a. Straightening of the spinal curvature with degenerative and osteoporosis changes and disc bulge at c3-c4, c4-c5 and disc herniation (protrusion) at c5-c6, c6-c7 level. B. Straightening of the lymph-sacral spinal curvature with disc bulge at l1-l2, l2-l3, l5-s1 level and disc herniation (protrusion) at l3-l4 and l4-l5 levels. Please correlate clinically. Later I consult my ortho. Surgeon and neuro surgeon and the medicines prescribed were gabapin nt 400 duzela m20 etoshine 90 mg when I am on medicines, I feel better and after 2-3 days I feel again pai ing and the pain comes from back tl front near ribs. What should I do? Please advise.

As per your scan, there is wear and tear of your spine. There is no nerve compression seen. This is most likely to cause you a lot of backpain, which is what you are having. You will need to have this treated with regular painkillers. Unfortunately, you will need to continue painkillers for a long time. You will also need to have proper physiotherapy for strengthening you back along with the painkillers.
