My age is 32 and I am suffering from hiatus hernia. I am on medication for d last 1 year. But there is no improvement in my condition can you please suggest medication for same I take cinitapride and pantoprazole before breakfast levosulpiride 25 before dinner and (chlordiazepoxide and clidinium bromide 5 mg + 2.5 mg) single tab after meal.

A little physiological modification often helps in hiatus hernia. increase the head end of your bed by 3 inches with two blocks. as you are already on prolonged medications, you may require surgery if physiological modification doesnot help. Nissan's Fundoplication is the gold standard.
