The patient is on paroxetine 75 mg and bupropion 300 xl. In connection with anxiety and dysphoria. We heard that bupropion exacerbates anxiety, is it the case with every patient? My doctor has recently prescribed it to me. Thank you!

No that is not the case with every patient. In fact that is quite rare.

Dear Sir, buproprion is an antidepressant medication used for the treatment of depression and anxiety. In some people, there can be an increase in anxiety in the beginning of treatment but it usually subsides in 1-2 weeks time. Not all the patients who are on buproprion get this side effect. Please continue the medication as prescribed by your doctor and do not alter or stop the medicines without consulting your psychiatrist.
