I am having like depression problem. Not able to sleep at night. Always thinking so much. Headache.i m 26 years old. Married and have 2 months old baby. Also my husband did not take care of me. I cried a lot. For small things. Have so much weak heart.

You need to see your baby. Just imagine such a small baby hardly 2 months old, how can he live without you. Get strength from your kid. and come out of depression. Of course you r already taking care of your baby. But when you r stressed how well can you take care. So see your kids face n be happy with him/her. Try to relax yourself -- exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths. Reduce your caffeine intake. Write it down. Chew gum. Spend time with friends and family. Laugh. Massage. Eat a healthy diet. Pursue one hobbywalk in nature meditation. Yoga. For more details you can consult me.
