Hi, I am 30 years old, I was suffering from back pain from last 1 year, I consulted with ortho doctor, I am working in it field and most of my sitting timing is 10 hours or more, after checkup he suggested me to sit on bed but don't fold legs, straight legs while sitting, after 2 days in my right thigh sudden pain started, I thought its mino strain, but now its more than 7 days, pain is in severe condition, while moving its difficult for me.

Sir I think you must be having an acute disc prolapse, probably you were having a mild one earlier and it has now aggravated 1 Take complete bed rest 2 keep a pillow below the affected knee while sleeping 3 Please consult an orthopedic doctor to find out the severity of the disc prolapse and for medication
