I have two tumour or lump in my left breast, it's possigition at 5' clock and 4' clock .it's measurement - 1.9�0.7�0.7 cm and another have 2.0�1.9�0.2 cm and my breast usg report is - multiple breast sol (birads-iii) likely fibro-adenoma. My question is might/would it be cancer or not? Operation do it for removal breast tumors for me? After operation it come back again or not? After operation it might be cancer in breast or same place?

Fibro adenoma are non cancerous tumor. So it is not cancer. Breast removal is not necessary as it is non cancerous. And cancer can grow anywhere. Removing tumor does not remove your body's tendency to grow cancer.
