I have a feel pain when I touch an area where my lymph nodes are in my groin, but I don't see any visible swelling. I thought lymph nodes are supposed to be swollen and visible in the groin when infected. 3 weeks ago I had sex with a condom on with a prostitute. After ejaculation I saw little sperm in it. The prostitute said it was fine that it didn't break, but I didn't check myself because I was in shock. Do you think the condom broke because of the little sperm in it and now I am likely infected with hiv. I have no other symptom.
