I woke up at around 6-7 pm today and I looked at my feet's veins they were so visible and blue in colour, my sugar level was also low that time then I took my insulins after that the veins got normal. So, is it any kind of disease or it's normal for diabetic type-1?

You did the absolutely wrong thing to say you took insulin when the sugar level is low. And insulin is taken when sugar levels are higher than normal. Your veins might have become engorged due to pressing in sleep or varicosities and need check up. Do not do dangerous medications like taking insulin when the sugar level is low.
