First do an ultrasound to confirm whether it's a fresh pregnancy or medical abortion failed and the previous pregnancy is continuing. Frequent medical abortions can be risky . If possible continue this pregnancy,if you cannot continue it then go for surgical abortion and simultaneously adopt a contraceptive method like iux insertion
