My son 3 years old, after having some exposure in sun light in summer, starts loose motion with vomiting for 3 times since last 12 hours. In last 5 hours no vomiting but loose motion twice. He has given electrolyte ors and neopeptine. What could be our next course of action. Pl. Suggest.
