Include some alternative method of preparation such as sprouting legumes (chana) may be added to any vegetable, paratha,pulaoo, raita etc. Salad 2 time without salt add dhal chinni powder fruits 3 per day avoid sweet/creamy biscuits ,potato chips butter, rusk,chocolates, creamy soup etc.
