Its probably due to colic pains. Its very common in newborn as they suck air also during feeding which causes gas in the stomach and causes colic. Remedy:burping after every feed avoid bottle feeding if you giving no products other than mothers milk 2 hourly feeding for 15 to 20 min only if not relieved by above, give colimax df drops 8 drops 30 min before feeds.

Sir, pedicloryl should not be used to put the babies to sleep. It can be life threatening in home based set up. So please discard it. Babies are usually more irritated at night and need handling. In case the cry is continuous and not settling on handling look for a diaper change and hunger. If cry is persistent do contact a doctor to rule out colic.
