I am female, 39 years old. At the age of 30 l got affected with post partum depression (ppd), now also under psychiatrist treatment. Everybody told ppd will get off in 6 months or 1 year, for me it did not, then l voluntarily went to doctor for ppd, l also got fits for 30 sec. I asked it will come again, Dr. Told no, and told prescribing lamitor, mri scan was taken but nothing found, result negative. Now a new problem, my leg, arm is paining continuously l have balancing problem. If l stand for sometime l can't balance, l feel like falling immensely, then l will search for chair. If there is no chair l feel very uncomfortable and l will tell we can go home else if l sit for sometime it will be ok. Please suggest a solution to recover from this problem. Tablets continuing lamitor od, pacitane, provanol forte, lntralith.

In significant few post parts depression continues persistent depressive disorder for years. The medications seem fine, but there is no primary antidepressant which is surprising, discuss your issues with your psychiatrist and take as per his advise. All the best.
