I am a Cognitive Behaviour therapist, trained from Beck Institute for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Philadelphia, USA. I work within the frame work of cognitive model with my clients. I believe that people get better by making small changes in their thinking and behaviour every day, by exploring, investigating and evaluating their unhelpful thoughts. I have more than 25 years of professional experience in the field of Psychology, Counseling and Psychotherapy, working in different work settings in different capacities. Currently working as a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist & founder Director at Cheshtha Counseling & Psychotherapy Services, Gurgaon. I have worked with different age groups and and treated various psychological issues like Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Conversion Disorders, Relationship- Issues, Life-Transitional Issues and Psychological issues due to disability or chronc medical conditions.
