I'm a cardiac patient underwent angioplasty in 2015. Since then suffering from abdominal cramps and rumbling gases through out the day. Symptoms aggravate after passing stools in the morning. There is a feeling of incomplete evacuation. Along with cardiac drugs I am taking pantocid-dsr as advised by gastroenterologist. No relief from any medicine. Can some homeo expert advice appreciate treatment?

Not really as week before period you will not have any fluid discharge and also abdominal cramp might be due to menstrual cycles however this abdominal cramp is quite common in pregnancy women.
