Not really as week before period you will not have any fluid discharge and also abdominal cramp might be due to menstrual cycles however this abdominal cramp is quite common in pregnancy women. Are its look like you are anaemic, are due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that.

You can take meftal spas during your menstrual cycles, however I storngly recommed not to take medicines during this age. You need to undergo that pain for minimal period of 2 days so that the secretion of the uterus is important. Take hot water when you have pain.

I am 15 years old. Today I got my periods early in the morning and I had my school from 7 am. I went to my school and studied for an hour and then I got really severe period cramps. I stayed in the sun for around 45 mins and drank hot water but nothing helped. I came back home and got a medicine called meftal-500. I google about it and saw that it causes vomiting and stomach pain. I am in dilemma if I should use it or not. What should I do?

No it will definitely help you to come out of pain. You can consume preferably one tablet per day and not more than that. Drink lot of hot water during your cycle time as there might be gastric trouble during menstrual cycle.

It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.

Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gym etc.For more details, you can consult me.

It's not because of belt. What r other symptoms that you r experiencing? By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains? Is there stiffness also? How is your appetite? R you constipated? Any problem in urine? I need to know more to be able to make diagnosis. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach.
