I am not able to sleep in night when light is on and in low noise also. I want pin drop silence to sleep. What may be the reason and how can I improve it.

Avoid anxiety and relax, if possible do little pranayam and sleep before 10 and get up by 5 am you will have healthy life and good sleep. You may wash your feet in warm water. Avoid all the thoughts which disturb you.
