After dental treatment of fixing bridge between canine teeth in bottom jaw, ls canine tooth fractured from top as grinding was done to fix the crown for rpd,(in just 2 years). Before other canine tooth fails, x-ray was advised and on detailed review, dentist finds that there is need for three implants in bottom jaw for rpdas mini. Bone thickness is not available (6.9 mm instead 8 mm. Top jaw works well with front bridge & other teeth. I am awaiting for extraction of both canine teeth, till other-one fails. Would you like to advise-whether I should go for immediate extraction of canine teeth & either go for implants or full denture for bottom jaw! I am feared of long & complicated surgery of implants, so seeking for second opinion without any prejudice. My dentist is ready for full denture-as trial & implants as last resort! kindly extend help.
