I am 33 year old female with very low BMI. Recently I had cold cough with infection. Right after that, my liver area is very painful. Liver function test revealed ALT 37 and AST 41. In November my tests showed ALT 23 and AST 25. Is something wrong with my liver or other organs? What further testing should I do?
