I am a 25 year old female. I have had 2 swollen lymph nodes (neck and groin) for about 7 months. I am constantly tired, and often have mouth ulcers My PC prescribed a anti-inflammatory. Nothing Changed. All bloodwork came back normal, including infectious disease (HIV, syphilis, Mono, etc). I had A FNA and the result was reactive lymph node hyperplasia. What should I do next?

If all the tests are negative you do not have any infection and need not do anything at all. I think you have tested for TB also.
