Hi Doctor, It has been 3 months since my normal delivery and both my knees are paining for past one week Please suggest me some diet and exercises.

You need extra cals .protein. N fats also. Since you have to breastfeed your babies. 2 glass milk .2 katori daal, green leafy veggies. 6 servings of seasonal fruits will be needed over n above your normal diet.
