According to reports b12 is less in my blood so what can I do to increase b12? Please suggest me.

if there is mild deficiency then you can improve b12 levels with diet by including foods such as milk and milk products, eggs and some b12 fortified breakfast cereals. But if the deficiency is high then you need to take supplements to make levels normal.

Vit 12 rich foods like chicken. Fish and shellfish such as trout, salmon, tuna fish, Fortified breakfast cereal. Milk, yogurt, and cheese. Eggs.
