Hello, I am from Nepal, I am 19 years old, I am student of engineering, I am suffering from gynecomastia from last 6 years, increment of Brest only on right side but left side Brest is fine and I feel unknown different on my testes balls too, Now I am very worried my health, I feel frustrated when I see myself, I spend my most of the time learning about this problem through internet, So I have realize that this disease is indirectly effecting my daily behaviour, I had medical checkup in most popular hospitals of Nepal, doctors recommended me to have several tests like blood test, several hormones test, After all tests they told me everything is fine wait for some time this will automatically go away they also Sayed me if you really want to get rid out of this you can do operation but that might be risk because it's on chest and you will have cut sign till end, they also recommend me to wait for sometime it will go automatically, I am loosing my hairs too and I am looking very old nowadays is this cause of gynecomastia? Please help me to make right decision, to reach to right solution? And recommend me what should I do and what shouldn't I do during gynecomastia? I am never interested in sexual activities mentally but I feel very different physically so I have masturbation frequently, Is is good to have masturbation when I have this disease?
