I am 29 YO F. I quite often get pain in ribs /rib under right breast. I earlier thought it be due to wired bras. But I have changed it to simple clothing. Sometimes the pain is on left side as well. It seems to be ribs that it hurting at a particular point. Mostly experience this at night.
