Hi, I have fatty liver and my spleen is large and platelets varies between 55k-70k. Had three liver biopsy out of those last two shows I do not have any chirosis. What could be the cause of enlarged spleen and can the fatty liver be reversed and how, what I need to do for that. Thanks in advance!
