Dear lybrateuser, - Give rest or minimum movement of the finger - apply pain relief gel lightly on the affected area three times a day - take pain relief tablet 2-3 times a day after meals - if not much relief in 2-3 day then an x-ray of the affected finger will be required to know the exact cause & consult a doctor for proper management.
