I have both piles and fissure my doctor suggested me for miph surgery so please tell me miph surgery is helpful in both piles and fissure.

MIPH surgery is advised only for Piles; it has no role in Fissure. However both Piles and fissure can be treated without surgery by Graded Ksharsutra ligation. No hospitalization or bed rest is required in this treatment. You can continue your normal routine activities as usual. This treatment is more effective than surgery.
