Hello, I'm 23 year old or mera weight bahut kam h or meri health bahut kamjor h bhuk bhi nhi lagti agar khata hu to bhi nhi lagta me itna kamjor hu ki mujhse jis wajah se friends me bhi nhi ja sakta kisi relative ke ghar jane me bhi sharm aati hai jis wajah se kafi udas or Tantion me rahata hu me apna weight gain karna chahta hu or healthy hona chahta hu exercises bhi krta hu par koi fark nhi hai please mujhe bataiye me apna weight gain kese karu koi medicine, supplement etc. Please help me.
