Your problem of Piles and Fissure can be effectively managed without surgery by Graded Kshar Karma Therapy. No hospitalization or bed rest is required in this treatment. There will be weekly sittings of Kshar Karma. Usually Fissure heals in 3-4 weekly Kshar Karma sittings. Now you should take sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) 2-3 times daily followed by application of Sushruta ointment and lekhan powder. Administer 5 ml of Sushruta oil in Anal passage in night.
