Dear sir, I want to know while we are doing work outs can we drink a sip of hot water in between is it good the second one is after finishing work outs can we drink green tea.

No in between workouts you should take normal water Neither hot nor cold. After workout why do you want to take green tea. U should take one banana/boiled potato, whey protein (30 gms), VIT A. C, E and Minerals like Chromium, Zinc n strontium.
