Hi, I am 26 year old. About 3 weeks back I slipped and fell in restroom. I did hit my head behind and I was not able to move my neck after some time the pain continued and I applied amruthanjan and over 5 to 6 days the pain reduced. So I did not meet doctor as well. But today morning I suddenly got a pricking pain behind the neck position and the pain was quiet little strong. Like not letting me move my neck. What should I do. Is it something to be considered seriously.
