I am suffering from Depression and Insomnia for the past 27 years and I am taking treatment with a Psychiatrist. I am taking powerful sedatives and Anti-Depressants, still I don't get deep sleep during night and am not fresh at all in the morning and I can't wake up early in the morning. So I can't go to a Job. There are so many side-effects are there. One such side-effect is Gastric trouble! I can't shit one time! Few hours after shitting again I feel like shitting! How to get rid of this Problem? Please suggest me Doctor!

Hello dear friend, sorry to hear your plight. If you want to live a healthy & fulfilling life; then we need to first understand your current set of problems, how they started & evolved; what medications you are currently taking, whether at any point in your treatment you felt better with medications etc. So I would suggest that you write your problems in detail in your own words & also write about your current medications (or attach snapshots of your medical records) & get back to me so that we can formulate an EFFECTIVE plan of action.
