My dental x ray shows Partially Impacted lower 3rd Molar teeth seen. What does it mean. Plus I have problem of bad breath and dry mouth. Is it because of above problem diagnosed in x ray. So what are the treatment for my xray problem and bad breath problem. What are its consequences of not taking it seriously.

As of now plan for symptomatic treatment and get all your teeth cleaned through your dentist and if there is any kind of inflammation or pain at the site of xray than we should plan for extraction after clinical examination and if there is no pain than nothing to be done for now and make sure to drink water regularly.
