I'm suffering from Osteoarthritis and the recent diagnosis shows ESR counting of 15. Still I have knee pain and since yesterday I have inflammation in the foot region. I, also have Frozen shoulder. Suggest some ways to reduce inflammation in foot and pain due to frozen shoulder.

Have you been tested for RA Factor checked for Rheumatoid arthritis, get it checked and inflammation can be controlled thr analgesics and anti inflammatory medications and hot and cold pack application thrice daily along with regular exercises would help to relieve pain and stiffness and strengthening the muscles.
