Hi, Don't do anal intercourse because it's so much hurting & your wife will get bleeding also because of mucosal lining tear it leads to piles. In porn videos you can see these type of intercourse, it's not good, if they do anal sex they females will die before 35 to 40 years of age. It's not good in practical life. So don't do such harrassing methods it's not good for you and your wife. Once consult a nearby doctor he can examine then advise medicine according to your situation how much mucosal membrane's tear happened then he advise medication with out examination don't take any medication.
