Depending on the credibility of the doctor and the type of bleach used the cost of teeth whitening varies. Since you have told that you are in habit of taking as much as 10 cups of coffee or tea per day even if a good result is achieved after doing proper teeth whitening the stains are going to reappear, unless you stop taking large amounts of stain producing foodstuffs. Taking large amounts of tea or coffee not only leads to staining in teeth but can also cause cavities due to sugar content of tea and coffee .you should visit a dentist and get the evaluation of your condition done only then the best possible result can be expected.
