I am not getting sleep properly what should I do? Please give me any solution for that.

Relax your mind before sleeping time. Do not watch TV or you tube videos at night. Try drinking a glass of lukewarm water or warm milk at bedtime. Maintain a regular routine for a healthy sleeping pattern. Keep the room temperature comfortable. Too high or too low temperatures disturb the sleep.
