My wife is having severe anaemia. Within 2 month 5 blood transfusion over. But again hb drop. Now 6 only. Bone marrow pnh coomb test. And all reports normal. But pnh only 525. Doctors can not diagnose the problem. Usg endoscopy also normal. Please anybody can help me. She is taking folic acid tablet also.Please advise.
