Hi Sir, I am 31 years old male. It is my desire to be marathon runner. But the problem with me is that I am too slow runner and my stamina is also very less. I can't run more than 500m at one go. I take too many breaks in my running. Also my running is not consistent. What shall I do to improve my skills.
