Hi, I did some sort of exercise 5 days back and I injured my knee somehow. The pain is in the left side of knee. I thought it's a muscle pull, so I did stretching the next day but it got worst. So I am in bed rest for past 2 days and walked a little bit. Sometimes the pain is too much that I can't even tap that injured area. It causes pain only when I move my leg. So I am not putting pressure on my injured knee .and as a result my right leg is bearing all the pressure and it starts aching as well. What could be the possible reason and how to get rid of this?

Hello lybrate-user, I feel you should start applying ice at the affected area. Still if the pain does not subsides then consult a doctor. Exercise in bed such as ankle to and fro, rotations. I hope you got your answer and get well soon.
