Lifestyle modification is the best way to lose weight. Right diet plan will be based on your medical history, age, height, weight & activity level. General guidelines to be followed to lose weight are - Eat at regular intervals. Do not skip breakfast or any other meal. Include complex carbohydrates, sufficient proteins, good quality fats, seasonal fruits, vegetables and leafy veggies for vitamins and minerals in your daily diet. Avoid junk, sweets, aerated drinks, alcohol. Drink plenty of water. Do regular exercises. A combination of cardio & Strength training works best.
