I am 25 years old girl, I have skin problem like my neck and hands are become too dark rest of my body parts are fair. I consulted the doctor but he said this is due to hereditary problem it occurs due to some type of wastes is not discharging fully so it is accumulated in the skin and he said there is no solution for this type of problem so i am very worried I feel shame to expose this everyone is easily notice my dark neck and hands so please plz. Help me to solve this problem.
