I am suffering from severe acidity and ibs since years. For acidity I have tried pan d, nexpro, omez,rabeperzaole. But there is not permanent treatment. Infact I take a pan d every alternate day. Also about my ibs my main concern in lot of foul smelling gas and foul smelling stools and mucus in stools. I have taken all kinds of medicine. Last I took rifagut 550 twice a day for 20 days. But that too was a temporary relief. Please help me with permanent solution for my acidity and ibs. Any stomach bloating: Yes Any stomach pain: Yes.

For acidity you can take praval pisthi with milk twice a day upto 3-6 months for IBS you can take cap. Mebarid with buttermilk twice a day avoid hot, spicy, fried and junk food concentrate more on fruits and veggies compulsory have buttermilk in your lunch eat light and digestible food.
