Prolactin levels 58 ng/ml, and TSH 1.94, I have a history of GAD and Depression, since the age of 17. Right now taking only Zapiz 0.25 mg two tablets per day. Reviving from acute Vitamin B12 deficiency, it?s spiked to 217 from 87 pg/ml after a lot many injections. A patient of PCOD, very irregular menses varying from a difference of 3 months to 40 days. Last time the prolactin levels were 13.4 ng/ml and now it?s 58 ng/ml. I?m worried. What can be the causes. My anxiety issues have also increased in the past 6 months. So the question is I was supposed to get my periods on 7/8th May according to a 40 day cycle but I?m late and my prolactin levels have come out too high. I had sex on 3-4th May. Can that be the cause?
