I am 26 year old female have asthma. Twice now, I have had my eyes start swelling very suddenly. Cetirizine seems to do the magic. Allergy test showed I'm allergic a number of things, like eggs, dairy, dal, neem, etc. What I'd like to know is which allergen actually triggers my asthma, so as to avoid it completely. Consuming the above mentioned food apparently doesn't affect me negatively.
